4.TikTok Shop Implements “New Return Policies for Southeast Asian Cross-Border Sales”
To optimize the buyer experience, TikTok Shop has updated its after-sales policies for Southeast Asian cross-border sellers. Starting in early March, the platform will no longer support the “no local return warehouse” status. Cross-border sellers must select one of the three official return options provided in the backend (such as returning goods to a designated local warehouse or issuing a direct refund without requiring a return); failure to do so will affect normal business operations.
